Dojo is a skill-based competitive poker platform operated by Dojogames. Dojo is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through any feature of the service. All competition is skill-based only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dojo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your belt, stripes, and ranking reflect your skill and match results only. Dojo does not sell rank, belt progression, or competitive advantages of any kind. The integrity of the ranking system is fundamental to the service.
Any subscription or in-app purchase grants access to features and cosmetic items only. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
All content on Dojo — including the name, design, graphics, gameplay systems, and Mon emblems — is owned by Dojogames. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Dojo is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any loss of progress, ranking, or data resulting from technical issues outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
